Within a total framework of 9 months, the organization has decided to change the overall process of the management system by maintaining a proper evolution of the technological advancement. Nine months is good period towards implementing an appropriate ERP System in the operations, and most importantly, it will help the management to get an adequate time to train the employees about its various applications (Skersys, Butleris, Butkiene, 2012). The present issue, which is highlighted in the study, is the lack of competitiveness of the company, with the help of a proper ERP system the company will be able to develop a good competitive position in the business.
